Donor areas of people who need high grafts (6000-7000) are generally not perfect. Therefore, the needs of the second session may be a few years later. (Even if we do not specifically specify) Crown areas can be weak. Usually the crown area is weak. Surgeons often implant in the frontal area, but there is no much graft to implant in the crown area. Some patients do not have this problem, while some patients situation that both areas are very important.
That’s why a 97% success rate is offered. However, the fact that it looks very good in one area and not in other areas indicates that you need a 2nd session. If there is hair that can be found in your donor area, you should have the second session.

In addition, in order to avoid over-harvesting, one should not take more hair follicles in one session, depending on the density of the donor area.

Dr. Caymaz and his medical team are doing their best. You will be pleased if you follow the rules that will be told to you without stress. You will see your hair transplantation results at the starting 6 months to end of the second year.

If your donor area is fine and your hair is of the normal/good type, you will be able to get very nice results. (And If you don’t have these reasons)
